ITIL has undergone some pretty radical changes recently; ITIL 4 was announced in 2018. Since then, we’ve seen the introduction of the new ITIL 4 Foundation course and the withdrawal of the old V3 Foundation. The ITIL 4 Transition to Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Specialist courses (Create, Deliver and Support, Drive Stakeholder Value and High-velocity IT ) and the ITIL 4 Strategist courses (Direct, Plan and Improve) were then introduced to give a learning and certification pathway to ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation.
We’re now reaching another milestone in the ITIL changes, as the ITIL V3 Intermediate exams, and the Manging Across the Lifecycle exam and ITIL 4 MPT exams are withdrawn.
However, we are still offering ITIL 4 Managing Professional Program - is a cost-effective, high quality route to ITIL 4 Managing Professional status. The program includes the ITIL 4 Specialist Modules Create, Deliver and Support (CDS), Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV), High Velocity IT (HVIT) and ITIL 4 Strategist Module Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI).
Students must hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate and must also have completed an accredited training course before taking any of the Specialist exams. Students without the Foundation have the option to include it in the MP Program without charge – just the exam fee is payable.
That’s a saving of up to $900
