Each customer can request a 30 minute conference call with their mentor to discuss their training, their career, and how they might use their new skills. There is no set agenda, and each customer can ask about whatever is relevant to them. If you’re buying training for a team, you can request to have a mentor service added to your quotation.All of our virtual mentors are respected industry experts. Anyone using the virtual mentors has the chance to enter into a longer term commercial relationship with their mentor, but this is outside the scope of the ITSM Zone service.
