People before techology! In this episode of the ITSM Crowd we learned about the HumanOps movement and why it's growing around the world.

In episode 48 of the ITSM Crowd we were joined by Hannah Foxwell from Pivotal and DevOps Days, and Daniel Breston from Virtual Clarity. Hannah has been involved with the HumanOps movement from very early on, and Daniel is a more recent convert.

We discussed what HumanOps is,  how technology is changing how we work in both positive and potentially negative ways, and what organisations can do to protect their people. We also touched on mental health including the recent #KeepITFit initiative.

You can watch the episode below, and ask follow up questions to our panel using the hashtag 'ITSMCrowd' on twitter.
