2020 is drawing to a close, and it’s time for some reflection. We are always striving to provide you with a great training experience and as part of this we would really appreciate your feedback. In our latest training survey, we’re researching areas including:

  1. What skills does your organization need to thrive?
  2. Does your organization currently have a formal strategy for delivering training and development?
  3. Which learning topics would provide the most value to you?
  4. Will Covid-19 change the way that you plan future training?

We’ve just launched the 2020/21 ITSM Zone Training Survey and we would love your feedback. Open until November 30th, your answers will help us understand the training and skills that will be important over the coming year and to identify new and emerging requirements. We want to make ITSM Zone the best place for you to grow a professional and this will not happen without you and your input.

Who is the Survey aimed at?

We want to hear from people who are working, or who have worked in all types and sizes of organization.

Particularly, we encourage all public sector industry organizations to give their input in our Survey. The questionnaire takes about 4 minutes to complete. Individual’s responses and specific answers are anonymised and will be confidential.
