The analogy being that our Foundations For Professionals (FFP) program is giving people many of the tools that they need in one kit. Service Management is about more than just one framework, body of knowledge or standard, so to avoid a very singular mindset a cross sectional view of what is available can enable people to take what’s relevant and apply it where needed.
