Originating in a twitter discussion, our panel started to ponder the scope of ITIL 4 and its application. Is it too broad? Where will organizations start with the use of the Service Value System and the value chain concept? Will ITIL practitioners miss the detailed processes, or was this always a logical next step?

Since the last edition of ITIL in 2007, the service management landscape has changed significantly. We’ll be discussing how ITIL 4 fits into this new world.
