ITSM Crowd 63 – Cutting Through the Noise – ITSM in 2020

In episode 63 of the ITSM Crowd, Claire Agutter is joined by Johann Botha, Richard de Kock and Suzanne Van Hove. Our panel of ITSM and digital transformation experts will be discussing what digital transformation actually is, and what it means for organizations today.

Our topics will include whether digital transformation matters for everyone, and if so, where do people need to start?

How do we remove the hype around this topic, and make sense of all the noise in service management amidst the latest releases of ISO20000, COBIT, ITIL and of course the publication of VeriSM.

At the end of the session we hope to have a firmer grasp of what digital transformation is, and how ITSM relates to it – allowing practitioners to focus their attention.
