ITSM Crowd 58 – All about Observability
In episode 58 of the ITSM Crowd, Claire Agutter is joined by Charity Majors, CTO at Honeycomb.
The Honeycomb site describes observability in this way:
“Observability is achieved when a system is understandable—which is difficult with complex systems, where most problems are the convergence of many things failing at once.”
From an ITSM perspective, observability can help us to better understand our systems and services, their behaviours, and take a more proactive perspective.
