ITSM Crowd 27 & 29 – 2016 Year in Review
2016 has been quite the year; in politics, cyber security, and of course IT service management. In our last few episodes of the year, we had one final catch up with team mentor to discuss the best bits of 2016 and look ahead to 2017.
First, a thank you. It’s a pleasure to host the ITSM Crowd but it wouldn’t be possible without all of fantastic guests. Whether you’ve been a regular or been on one or two episodes, we’d like to thank all of our guests for taking time to share their knowledge and experience.
And thank you to our viewers too! We’ve had over 3000 views of our videos so far and it’s great to hear feedback from people who enjoy the content. We even inspired one viewer to go it alone in our Going Solo episode. Hot topics like DevOps and Agile are always popular, with ‘DevOps, what does it mean for me?‘ our most popular episode of all time.
