If you’ve already invested in getting ITIL Expert certified (or if you have 17 credits from the v3 certification path), then the transition course to Managing Professional will help you build on that investment and add the very latest service management thinking to your resume. While many of the ITIL v3 concepts still exist in ITIL 4, the ITIL 4 guidance also includes important new service thinking including the service value system and service value chain.
The ITIL Managing Professional Transition course will not be available indefinitely, so this is an ideal opportunity to get qualified in the most efficient way.
Although ITIL certifications don’t expire, employers and recruiters will look for up to date certifications. This is an opportunity to get clarity about new concepts and how to apply them, letting you improve your capabilities and develop your career.
The ITIL Managing Professional Transition exam is available since October 14th, 2019, and our course author Claire Agutter shares inside knowledge to help you prepare for your studies. You can read the blog here.
The standard price for the course and exam package will be $1148.
