Our courses are goal-oriented
All our courses are divided into modules and lessons which are easy to absorb. Each section will have a specific goal to allow you to meet your learning objectives. Before you start your training, you will find lots of information available – you can read our course introduction and find out what is the learning goal of each module or lesson.
Our short lessons are combined with a clear goal that must be reached by the end of the session and the goal must match or relate to the specification learning outcomes. For example, in our Agile Scrum course an outcome might be to ‘Explain why Agile methodologies are important and how they add value’. This is detailed in the lesson, reinforced with an exercise and tested through quiz questions and the sample exam.
All course include downloadable study guides – documents which are supplementary to the information available online and can be used in conjunction with the videos, quizzes and exercises. You can use the Study Guides in conjunction with your own notes that you make as you progress through the course.

How do we do that?
We develop storytelling by weaving a case study into lessons and building the story around the content, using videos and cartoons to bring the story to life. One of our case studies, The Toddler Tracker, is a good example of this. In the Agile Project Management course the components of the Toddler Tracker device are used for an exercise to apply MoSCoW prioritization, and in another example, you are the project manager working out how to communicate effectively with your team. All of this is reinforced with feedback and quizzes to check learning.
