Lifecycle courses

The ITIL Lifecycle modules are for Service Management professionals who need to learn the essential aspects of management, operations, and organisational issues. There are five Intermediate Lifecycle Courses: Service Design, Service Strategy, Service Operation, Service Transition and Continual Service Improvement.
​ITIL Lifecycle courses are aimed at delegates who manage and implement ITIL processes.

ITIL SS Intermediate course & exam 

The ITIL Service Strategy course covers principles and processes that allow service providers to understand and meet business outcomes.

The online ITIL Expert program is the low cost, high quality path to ITIL Expert. Our delegates study over a 12 month period, with full access to all courses during that time. This program includes the ITIL Foundation course and all the Lifecycle and Capability courses. Support from our 24/7 helpdesk and team of qualified, experienced tutors is available.

ITIL Expert Courses

Students who have gained 17 credits from ITIL V3 study can then take the “Capstone” course Managing Across the Lifecycle, to add the final 5 credits that they need to certify as an ITIL Expert. Our Expert Program offers all the courses needed in one package.

ITIL MALC Intermediate course & exam 

Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) is the final capstone course required to reach ITIL Expert status. The course looks at using ITIL processes and practices across the lifecycle. It includes the application and integration of service management processes and provides skills that can be used to deliver value in your organisation.
