Kinetic IT has recently undertaken a project to design a new ITIL training solution; a key component of which was the online training provided by ITSM Zone. Kinetic IT is a managed service organisation and we consider our people to be our greatest asset. Therefore, maintaining our commitment to developing service management capability during a period of continued company growth remains imperative. Our growth has resulted in the requirement of a solution that would support training delivery to more people, using a variety of delivery mechanisms, whilst allowing greater flexibility and enhanced geographic reach.
Working with ITSM Zone, we developed a blended training solution comprising on-line training sessions with classroom hangouts. Not only has this allowed us to optimise trainer time and reduce costs, but it has also supported out broader investment in continued professional development by using an approach that supports the development of new age training capability to support the 70:20:10 framework.
Claire and Kirsty have provided excellent support through the service design. The ITSM Zone Service Desk has also been superb, supporting crew during our pilot scheme where timely and helpful support was received 24/7.
