In episode 37 of the ITSM Crowd, we continued our recent change management theme .  This episode looked at the language of change, and how organisations often talk about change as if it’s something negative.  Our panel was:

 

We discussed how to make change a more positive experience, and three major themes emerged: marketing, engagement and communication.  If organisations can persuade people that change is a positive, and engage them early on, then changes are more likely to be successful.  Karen also schooled us in checking the source of common statistics about change failure.
