Below is a recent review left for our ITIL Foundation course, which made me think that it’s quite a while since I took a good look at what students say about us, gathered from our customer satisfaction survey. The results are fantastic!
“Best ITIL Foundation Course Review
I used another ITIL course a year ago to study for the exam, but there was a screw up in the testing center so I couldn’t take the test last year. I was also completing my MBA so ITIL went to the wayside for 8 months. I needed I refresher course and so I took this one, it was the best investment. I wish I had taken this course in the first place and not dished out $500 for my last course. This course goes through each of the processes really well and emphasizes each lesson with the end of lesson quiz. I highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to sit the ITIL foundation exam.”

It’s great to see that 66% of our ITIL students and 78% of our COBIT students enrolled in their training for Personal Development. Obviously, many students undertake study to further their career or improve their job prospects and some enrol as it is required by their employer, it’s still great to see that a huge amount of people recognise the importance of personal development.
Our customer service received a huge average score of 9.17 out of 10! Providing great customer support is a high priority for us, which is why we’ve made sure that support is available 24/7.
And finally, 93% of the students who took part in our survey rated their overall training experience as 8/10 or higher.
